Our Work

To foster our research agenda of investigating how music, task context, and self-regulation influence prosocial actions and performance in the workplace, we rely on individuals to test our ideas in the field. We use innovative research methods to create practical interventions that improve workplace dynamics. Often, we seek participants who will complete some short surveys for us. These participants are always compensated for their time. We only contact individuals who give us consent to participate in our studies.
